Our warehouse is on Calle Panaderos in Manilva, and it is ours: not a franchise, not a unit we sublet from someone else. Store a few boxes, the contents of a whole villa, or anything in between. We can collect it from your house and bring it back when you need it.
There are two ways to store with us. Self-storage rooms, if you want your own space to come and go from: boxes, paperwork, tools, seasonal kit, or the contents of a flat you are renovating. And wooden storage vaults, if what you are storing is furniture. Your belongings are wrapped, packed into a sealed vault and stacked inside the warehouse.
Vaults suit long stays and whole-house contents. Rooms suit anything you expect to reach for. If you are not sure which you need, tell us roughly what you have, or let us come and look, and we will tell you honestly. Paying for space you do not use helps nobody, least of all us when you leave early.
Call or send us a WhatsApp and tell us what you are storing and for roughly how long. Then come and see the warehouse, because we would rather you looked at it than took our word for it. We will show you the space we think you need and give you the price for it, in writing.
After that, a contract. A plain one: what you are storing, what it is worth, what you pay, and how much notice you give when you want to leave. Your cover is set out in that contract, based on the value you declare. Move your things in on the day you choose, or let us collect them from your house.

The team is bilingual, English and Spanish. Most of our customers are British, so the contract, the questions and the small print are explained in the language you actually think in. That is not a slogan. Storage goes wrong for people here mostly through misunderstandings, and misunderstandings are easy enough to avoid.
Very few storage companies on this coast can also move you, and very few removals firms have their own warehouse. We have both, and it matters more than it sounds. Completion dates slip. Keys arrive late. Builders run over. When that happens, your belongings go straight into our warehouse and come back out when you are ready, with the same company and the same phone number throughout.
We cover Manilva, Sabinillas, Duquesa, Casares, Sotogrande, Estepona, San Roque, Torreguadiaro, La Linea and Gibraltar, and we collect and deliver across the Costa del Sol. It depends on how much space you take and for how long, so a single advertised price would be misleading for most people. Tell us what you are storing, or let us look at it, and we will give you a price in writing. Long stays and short stays are not priced the same way. Coming to see the warehouse costs you nothing.
More people over-book than under-book. A few boxes, a bike and some garden furniture need very little space. The contents of a two-bedroom flat need considerably more, and a full villa more again. Send us a list or a few photos and we will tell you what we think you need, rather than quietly selling you the bigger room.
Your cover is written into the storage contract and is based on the value you declare for your goods. So it is worth taking a moment to declare that value properly, especially with furniture, art or equipment. We go through it with you before you sign, and you keep a copy of exactly what was agreed.
Access is arranged with us directly. Ring or WhatsApp, and we agree a time that works for both of us. Furniture vaults are sealed for long-term storage, so those need a little more notice than a self-storage room. Terms and the notice period to leave are written into your contract, and both short and long stays are fine by us.
