The earlier the better, particularly in summer and at the end of the month, when everyone moves at once. That said, we would rather you rang us late than not at all. If we can fit you in, we will tell you straight away, and if we cannot, we will say so rather than keep you waiting.

That means the declared value matters, so it is worth listing properly what is actually valuable. We go through it with you before you sign, because that is a much better conversation to have beforehand than afterwards.

A move between the UK and Spain needs a customs inventory and the correct paperwork, and what you need differs depending on whether you are relocating as a resident or simply shipping goods. We will tell you exactly which documents are required, and by when, before the van is booked.
