We start with a survey, in person or over video, so the quote reflects what's really in the house rather than a guess. We'll agree what we pack, what you pack, what's coming with you and what you're selling or giving away. Then we set a collection date and build the inventory your consignment will travel on.
On the day, our team wraps and loads everything from your home on the coast — Sotogrande, Manilva, Estepona, San Roque, La Línea, Gibraltar and the surrounding area. From there it goes by road to your UK address. One company packs you up and hands you over; you're not left chasing a foreign call centre for an ETA.

In practice that means a valued inventory, identification and evidence of the move, handled through a customs agent. It's paperwork, not drama — but it does need to be right, and it needs to be ready before the lorry leaves.
The UK operates a transfer of residence relief (commonly called ToR1) for people bringing their personal belongings back when they return to live in the UK. Conditions, eligibility and evidence requirements apply, applications generally need to be in before your goods arrive, and the rules do change.
