San Roque is more than one place: the old town on the hill, Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro, Torreguadiaro and Sotogrande down by the sea. We are a removals company based in Manilva, with our own warehouse and a bilingual team, and we move homes across all of it.
We take care of the whole move: packing materials, wrapping, dismantling and reassembling furniture, loading, transport, and setting everything down where you want it. If you would rather do the packing and leave us the lifting, tell us and the quote reflects it.
We move apartments, townhouses and villas in San Roque town, Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro and Torreguadiaro, and in Sotogrande, which belongs to the same municipality. From there we go on to La Linea, Gibraltar, Estepona and the rest of Spain. Every move is quoted in writing before anything is loaded.
It starts with a survey, at the property or by video call if you are not here yet. A house in the old town, a block without a lift and a villa behind a gate each need a different plan, so we look at the volume, the stairs, the access and the parking before we give you a figure.
Then you get a written quote with a clear scope: what we pack, what you pack and on which day. On moving day your belongings are inventoried and wrapped, and you know who to ring if anything changes.
Sales complete late, rentals overlap and building work runs over. When the new place is not ready, your belongings go into our own warehouse in Manilva and come back out when you are, with the same company and the same phone number throughout.

Most of the households we move are British. If you are moving from the UK to Spain, our own team unloads at this end and can hold your goods until you have the keys. If you are going back to the UK, we pack and load you here.

It depends on volume, access and distance, so a single headline price would be wrong for most people. We look at the property, in person or by video call, and send you a written quote with the scope spelled out.
