If you live in Sotogrande and need somewhere to keep furniture, boxes or the contents of a whole house, our warehouse is roughly twenty minutes away, in Manilva. It is our own building, and you do not have to drive there with a loaded car: we collect from your door and bring everything back when you want it.
We would rather be straight about this. Our warehouse is not inside Sotogrande. It is on Calle Panaderos in Manilva, roughly twenty minutes along the coast, and it belongs to us. For most people in Sotogrande the distance makes no practical difference, because they never make the trip. We collect, we store and we deliver. And if you would like to see where your belongings are going before you agree to anything, come over and we will show you round.
Furniture goes into wooden storage vaults. Your things are wrapped, packed into a vault, sealed and stacked inside the warehouse. That suits the contents of a villa or an apartment that need to sit safely for a few weeks or a few months: a renovation, a rental coming to an end, a sale that completes before the next purchase does.
A self-storage room suits what you expect to reach for: boxes, paperwork, tools, seasonal kit. Tell us roughly what you have, or let us come and look, and we will tell you which one makes sense and how much space it needs. We would rather you paid for the space you use and no more.
Collecting from Sotogrande is routine for us. The Marina, the Kings and Queens streets, Sotogrande Alto, La Reserva, the beachside blocks: narrow lanes, buildings without a goods lift and gated urbanisations with strict access rules are a normal working day. Yes. Tell us about the access when you get in touch: the gate, the lift, the stairs and where a van can park. We plan the collection around that, and the quote reflects it.
Yes, by arrangement. Call or WhatsApp and we agree a time. Furniture vaults are sealed for longer stays, so they need a little more notice than a self-storage room. If you expect to need things often, tell us at the start and we will put you in the right kind of space.
Your cover is written into the storage contract and is based on the value you declare for your goods. We go through it with you before you sign, and you keep a copy of what was agreed.
