A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. Cookies can remember your preferences, help the site work properly, or tell the owner how many people visit and which pages they read.
Cookies can be first-party (set by the website's owner) or third-party (set by another company, such as an analytics tool). They can also be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent ones (which stay for a set period).
Similar technologies exist too, such as your browser's local storage, which do much the same job. Wherever this policy says cookies, we mean all of them.
As of the last-updated date shown above, https://psrrelocation.com sets no cookies at all, neither our own nor any third party's. There is no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media buttons tracking you, and no profiling of any kind.
It is a static shop-window site: it simply shows you information about our removals and storage services. When you press the contact button, WhatsApp opens on your device; the website stores nothing in your browser to do that.
It is worth knowing that the server hosting the site, located in Spain, automatically records technical connection data (such as your IP address, the date and the time), as any internet server does. That is not a cookie and does not require your consent, because it is essential to display the site to you and keep it secure. We explain this more fully in our Privacy policy.
We plan to install Google Analytics 4 shortly. It is a measurement tool that will help us understand how many people visit the site and which pages they find useful, so that we can improve it. That tool does use cookies.
We would rather tell you now exactly how it will work than change the rules on you without warning.
Once Google Analytics is live, you will see a cookie banner when you arrive. No analytics cookie will be set until you press accept. You will be able to refuse just as easily as you can accept, with a single click, and the site will carry on working exactly as before: you will not lose any feature or content by saying no.
We will never set advertising or profiling cookies without first explaining it in this policy and asking for your consent.
The cookies below are NOT active at present. They will only be set once we switch on Google Analytics 4, and only if you consent. We are publishing the table in advance so you can see it now. Durations may change if Google alters its settings; if so, we will update this table.
For users in the European Economic Area, Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), acting as our processor.
Google may transfer data to the United States, where some of its infrastructure and that of its parent company sits. That transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified, backed up by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
When we switch the tool on, we intend to configure it with the most protective settings available, including IP anonymisation and turning off advertising features and data sharing with other Google products. We will never use Google Analytics to identify you personally.

While the site sets no cookies, there is nothing to configure: there is no cookie to accept or refuse.
Once Google Analytics is live, you will get a cookie banner with two equally prominent options: accept or refuse. You will also always find a link or button to change your decision, both on this page and in the site footer.
If you accept and later think better of it, you can withdraw your consent at any time from that same settings panel, with the same effort it took to give it. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of measurement carried out beforehand, but from that moment on we will stop setting analytics cookies.
